The lady who answered the call was very diligent, taking ample time to make sure that the appointment with the plumber, Zachary, was properly arranged and that I knew what to expect. It was an excellent experience setting up the appointment. Prior to his arrival, Zachary called, which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful, explained everything perfectly, and did an impressive job. He even fitted a new main water shutoff valve and cleared a hot water pipe that was giving me grief, two tasks that had nothing to do with the initial call. This whole experience was certainly top-notch, an A+ in my book. I would highly recommend Hayden & Sons Plumbing & Air, now under new management, and the plumber, Zachary, who assisted us.
