Excellent communication! The office always lets you know if the technician is running late. Marcus is an excellent technician! I’m sure there are others, but I always request him. Explains thoroughly what he is doing/cleans up/asks if there is anything else that needs to be checked.
Faucet Replacement – two appointments, one to evaluate and the other to install. In both cases, technician on time (in fact earlier) than scheduled appointment. Work completed with the expertise that you would expect from a very good Plumber. Will not hesitate to recommend.
Our hot water heater went out overnight and I called the next morning to see if they could get us worked in. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and said they would get us on the schedule that same day. I received a call from the technician saying the would be out there by the afternoon. They actually showed up by midday as promised, took care of the issue quickly and professionally. There was a minor issue that needed fixing after they left, and they came back and immediately took care of that with no problem. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, they did what they said they would do, the price was fair, and they got things done quickly! Hard to ask for anything more than that! Solid, dependable service!
