He was a pleasure to deal with, kept the work area tidy and dealt with the challenges unique to the installation professionally and cheerfully in that he made sure that I understood his rationale for for doing things the way he did. I rate Trevor and Jones Plumbing as being a superior plumbing service.
I contacted Jones Plumbing to replace the main shut off valve in our house. He contacted me within a day to schedule the work. He was here at the scheduled time, and was finished with the work in a half an hour, and was very friendly, professional, and did a great job.
Talk about honesty!! Mr Jones found my wallet at Lowe’s. He came by my house and returned it. That’s honesty. It shows character and if I ever need a plumber I am calling Jones Plumbing Inc.

So, I asked for recommendations on the nextdoor app and had several people say “Jones Plumbing”. Brian Jones came out and gave us an estimate and said he would have it done the next day. They did a great job, very efficient and knowledgeable about fixing water leaks in front yards. I would highly recommend Jones Plumbing. Brian is also very honest, he could’ve raised his price on me because I told him how much our other estimates were.
