I am so appreciative of the excellent service provided by Joshua and Ernesto at my home. They came for my annual inspection. The HVAC system had been installed by the company a few years ago. After cleaning the system and changing the filter, both needed, they told me we have a rodent issue under the house (yuck). They repaired the damage to the ducts made by mice and helped by purchasing a foam filler to patch three areas where the rodents might have entered. Next we will clean the ducts because nobody wants any rodent debris inside the air ducts of one’s home. They were both super friendly and put me at ease with a plan to fix the issue thoroughly. What I especially like is Joshua and Ernesto’s explanation that having installed the system they have a sense of ownership to keep it in great shape and they promptly address emerging problems. The company doesn’t do rodent cleanup or control, of course, because they are HVAC specialists. Yet they suggested a solution. Thank goodness I finally scheduled the annual maintenance! I called JW Plumbing, Heating, and Air this morning in need of a tune up and replacement of our filter. They quickly gave me 3 time slots that were available today and in just a few hours Alan, one of their technicians, showed up to service our central air/heat unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He throughly explained everything that he was doing as he prepared to work on our unit. Once he completed the tune up and replacement of our filter he walked us through the various membership options and explained the benefits of staying on top of our maintenance schedule, especially with a 12 year old system. Alan provided answers to all of our questions today! It was a terrific customer service experience and we look forward to working with JW on an annual basis. Thank you!

Technician Victor was thorough in his service call, he explained to me how much life was left in the filter, and he showed me pictures of the issues with the ducting in my attic.
