I recently had a slab leak and received a quick response from their service representative and scheduled Isaac Thomas to come out that same day to troubleshoot and have a quote of what the work needs to be done. After agreeing and moving forward Isaac Thomas and his crew did the work with efficiency and left the work area clean and tidy. There were two toilet replacement shutoff valves, unclogging sink, and dishwasher plumbing issues. Nick explained everything he found and the why of it. He was very truthful and told me – after testing – the dishwasher was an appliance issue. He showed me how to shut off various plumbing shutoffs in the house.
