Thank you Lamar Plumbing, for the excellent service from scheduling to service personnel. Have used their services from installation of a new water heater almost 3 yrs ago, to service calls. Always exceptional service. A special shout out to Trevor and Sam who got me up and running prior to the cold snap. Both were courteous and Trevor who has handled plumbing issues for me before, always takes the time to answer my questions and explains things in layman terms. Thanks, guys!
When my old plumber retired, he recommended Lamar Plumbing. I have used them twice and have not been disappointed. The men are respectful and honest. My husband used them at his office. They came when no one else would. Trevor was at my house today. He worked very hard to figure out a plan for my sink sprayer. I will continue to use them and also spread the word. You guys are great!!
I had an 5-star experience with Lamar Plumbing. Trevor and Sam were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job explaining my options concerning whether to repair or replace my water heater, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell. Then they got the job done quickly. One thing I really appreciated was when they let me know the house would need some electrical changes to meet the current building code, their office provided names and numbers of electricians who were experienced and available to do the updates quickly.
I have been using Lamar Plumbing since 1998 and they have never let me down. Recently, Trevor came by to look at a slow drain. He was very friendly and respectful and quickly resolved the issue.
Had Tanner and Sam come to my salon to work on my shampoo bowls and they were great! Excellent communication and told me the roots of the issues we were having and we got the parts ordered for the second repair. Very fast service, great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will use them again for sure!
