At 1:30 PM, my bedroom was totally fine. By 4:30 PM I heard dripping. I walk into my bedroom to find quickly evolving water patterns forming on my ceiling, and water starting to pool on the floor. By 4:45 My landlord was in touch with Loyalty Plumbing and by 5:25, William White was at my door. He was a kind young gentlemen who was calm, cool and focused. He was able to determine the cause (a water heater issue) within minutes, and quickly had my landlord on the line to discuss the solutions after taking detailed photos. He showed me the problem, explained the options and talked me through each possibility. Even though I’m only renting the home, he really made me feel included in identifying the problem and the problem solving process and honestly helped calm me down in a frazzled moment. Great job William and great job Loyalty Plumbing! Thanks for your swift and positive professional service! 10/10

From the individual who took my appointment to the technician who completed the work, this is a smooth operation of keeping consumers informed. Patrick spotted the problem right away, was patience as I reviewed prices, and quickly resolved the problem. Thank you for a job well done, will use again and recommend!
Andrew was simply amazing! He came out, assessed the situation quickly, and just as quickly remedied it. He, along with Loyalty Plumbing, kept me informed the entire time and sent extensive pictures and videos. Very pleased. My new go to plumber for sure! Thanks again, Andrew!
January 2025: I had a pipe burst in my attic, and after looking at a few companies online I settled on trying Loyalty Plumbing because they had some good reviews. I’m glad I did, because it was pretty easy to schedule and they were able to send out Mr. William White who did a great job fixing the issue. He educated us on a few things along the way as well, which we appreciated. He was friendly and professional. I felt like we could trust his expertise and the repair was priced fairly. We would go with this company again for future plumbing needs.
Addendum 3/28/25:
I called them out for a stoppage coming out of my bathtub drain. It would be after hours so I said it was ok to make an appointment for the following day. Our time frame was 2-4. Around 4:20 I called to see if they were running behind. They were and that’s fine. I called again around 6:09 because it was getting late and they confirmed they’re still coming and it won’t be after hours charge. Mr. White showed up and assessed the situation competently, but the price quoted was phenomenally high. Previously I had this issue resolved for $400 from a major company, and I went with this company to support a smaller business. However they quoted me $575 for just the snake or $995 for the camera too. I went with the bigger company for $382 with the camera included.
Loyalty Plumbing provided the same competent and polite technician but the price was just too high. Won’t be calling them out again.
Loyalty was great! All the servicemen that worked on shower installation were very, respective, communication for every step was great. Ricardo even installed a grab bar in other bathroom. Overall the end product was what I wanted. Thank you again to whole crew! Would recommend Loyalty Plumbing to friends and family.
