Our Magic Plumbing experience was great! We needed plumbing help on a Sunday and weren’t sure we’d be able to get anyone out to help before our bar opened for service. The call was answered immediately and she was very helpful in getting a plumbing tech out to help asap. He was professional, got the job done efficiently and checked with us before issuing any repairs to ensure we were okay with the cost. Highly recommend.
I’m so glad out of all the plumbing companies we chose Magic Plumbing. From the phone appointment to the excellent service everything went smoothly. The gentleman named Mike who came to our home was very friendly and professional and explained that he would check the issue then give us an estimate, at which time we would decide to agree or not. We said yes without hesitation and he fixed our problem and explained what was done and took photos to show me. All in all they are great and saved us by coming the same day we called. I would definitely suggest them.
Victor and his crew did an excellent job of installing my new heater. They were efficient, professional and kept me informed, both in what they were doing and how I needed to maintain it. I recommend Magic Plumbing. Rachel in the office is exceptional.
I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. I contracted them to install a new heater with new duct work. Victor and his colleague completed the job in 2 days, and the quality was great! I recommend asking for Jeff Griffin for HVAC quotes, he was awesome throughout the entire process. He also came to troubleshoot an unrelated issue with the HVAC system. He was kind enough to show me what he was doing to troubleshoot, and identified the problem quickly. Jeff’s customer service is second to none, and he’s a great asset to Magic Plumbing (deserves promotions, raises, and all of the above!)
My attic heater died and I contacted Magic Plumbing to have them repair it. My heater was ~ 20 years old and they suggested replacing it, which I did. It was pricey, ~6K, but at least I have a new heater. I was not able to be at home, when they replaced it, however, my neighbor was there to oversee everything. I am very satisfied with the new heater and it seems to be a little quieter than the old one. I forgot the name of the guy, who gave me the quote, but he was very professional and explained in detail what I needed. I will definitely use Magic Plumbing again if I have an issue.
