Magnolia has the best service! Our meter indicated a large leak but our usual company could not find it and called in “an expert leak company” that could not come for another week. I called Magnolia who came out the next day with “the right equipment” and easily found the leak. They fixed it before the other company was scheduled to come out to locate it. Then two days later, I had an emergency leak at my mother’s vacant house- the water line leading to the washing machine was leaking after the washer was removed for the house sale. John came out within 30 minutes and had it fixed right away. They are nice, efficient, and professional. Call them first!

Whenever the Magnolia team is at our house, issues are always solved with high quality results. At 8pm, an old water heater leaked and destroyed the ceiling. We called. John instructed my husband how to stop the leakage and the team showed up the next day. They fixed the issue and installed a leakage detector to prevent future problems. Before they fix any kitchen or bathroom plumbing items, they educate us with information in a respectful manner. When they look for solutions on difficult issues, they stay on even after sundown.
