I messaged McMillion late (after hours) yesterday, received a callback first thing this morning, and a service tech at our home by 8am! Technician Grant Summers was friendly. professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I will review again when job of replacing hot water heater has been completed. However, at this stage of the project, I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
New water heater installed by Grant. He explained everything step of what he was about to do and why – we’ve never had a service technician do that and it was greatly appreciated! That is customer service like we don’t see too often! Thank you, Grant and McMillion Plumbing!
Very professional plumbers. Courteous and knowledgeable. First thing they did was put plastic covering over their shoes before entering the house which I thought was very respectful. Did not act rushed. Took the time to answer fully all my questions and concerns. Did an excellent repair job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
