This is the second time I’ve had occasion to use Mendel, and it was because they had done such a great job the first time. I was not disappointed. Rolando, the tech, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, careful, capable and efficient. These guys do what they promise and do it well.

I needed a new a/c and working with Jake P. was great! He took the time to explain all my options and helped me make an informed decision. He was very personable and easy to work with and helped set everything up from scheduling the install to financing options. Another 5 star experience with Mendel!
We’ve had Mendel out for multiple projects (water heaters, water filtration system, etc) over the years. Most recently we had a new furnace and a/c installed. Mendel’s team removed our old system and installed a new more energy efficient furnace, a/c and moved a hose spigot that was in the way of the relocated a/c unit. The team was friendly, courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for the great work.
Ron C was just awesome. He and his partner Kyle were professional, pleasant and efficient. Ron was very knowledgeable and had many excellent suggestions and spent time educating us on our issue. He went beyond our expectations and did a great job. Hope to see him again
