Michael Jon Spurgeon was great. Timely, thorough, and walked me through the issues and options. He did a great job of telling me what I need without overselling any services or produced. Basically I have a bandaid fix, or can do something more substantive to fix the overall issue. I appreciate knowing my options, but also being given time to consider them with no pressure to make a decision. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness.

Gas Leak! After a $400 gas bill Atmos was dispatched and found a leak on the exterior pipe of the home. Our gas meter was turned off and locked. One plumber didn’t want the job, another plumber was throwing out random pricing and i didn’t feel like I could trust him. Daryl and Ted with Metro Flow professionally diagnosed the problem and took plenty of time to sit down and explain the issue with gas line repairs, leak tests and pressure test that can potentially and quickly open up a can of worms with leak issues underground or en route to home appliances. They established my trust. I was hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. Jonathon and Alex arrived with parts and did great job on the riser repair i needed. They ran a pressure test and low and behold, it passed! No other leaks! No city permit needed! And importantly no nickel and dime-ing to “find” other issues. Atmos came out same day and restored service. Its hard to find businesses you can trust when your back is against the wall, the guys at Metro-flow really came through and i’m grateful having used them.

Emergencies never seem to happen at 9AM on a Monday. Nope. They always seem to rear their ugly heads after hours or on a weekend. We awoke this morning to a pond, where our backyard used to be. Our dogs alerted us, by “helpfully” tracking mud all over the carpet. Yea. Called our landlord, and after calling three plumbers he uses, none were available. My best friend recommended Metro-Flow. We called, and immediately had the call picked up by a live human being. (Impressive, on a Saturday!) They scheduled us for this evening, but showed up an hour and a half earlier than they’d promised. (Also impressive.) Michael was efficient, thoroughly professional, and pointed out that, he could have charged us for extra work, but prefers to take an ethical approach. (Not just impressive – that’s amazing in this day and age!) He had the pipe replaced in under an hour, and we were back in the flow (see what I did there?). Great work, and I highly recommend Metro-Flow for your plumbing needs in the N. Dallas metro area. These guys walk the walk. We are lucky to have found them.
