I have used Russo Plumbing & Heating several times over the years. And they have always been professional, effective, timely and friendly. One day after business hours I had a plumbing issue. And when I called Russo’s expecting an answering service the owner picked up. I explained my problem and he talked me through the fix – while he was on the phone with me – and we solved my problem together. This is an unusally high-level of customer service and commitment to the community. I highly recommend Russo’s Plumbing & Heating.
