They sent someone with my same name! That was awesome as I haven’t met another Tommy before. He and his assistant, Rob, were awesome. They navigated our 6 dogs beautifully and were very efficient. We will definitely be hiring him again for our next round of electrical needs.
FOLLOW UP: we loved them so much we called them back out to do another outlet. This time the price was astronomical – BUT fair. It was a tricky job. Harrison was very honest about our options: we could do it cheaply, and continuously have to reset the circuit breaker. Or we could run a line from the box under the house to the outlet. It was too much though – we just couldn’t do it. Then he explained their HCA program, AND interest free financing. That made it affordable and less money, and now we know exactly who to call for any of our home maintenance needs.
And Harrison, like the last guy, Tommy, was very personable, friendly, kind, and caring. In a time when politics are screaming at us to distrust and hate our neighbor, it’s super awesome that in reality it’s the common ground that brings us together: the values of family and friendship, no matter how different your families are.

Harrison was great! He showed me every aspect of the service he would providing with recommendations. He was courteous and resourceful. He was able to get my heat working in no time!!! I was very nervous about Turing the heat on again after a near fire but he showed me the before and after and explained to me why there shouldn’t be any problems.
I tried to fix my toilet on my own. Epic fail! I have family visiting for the Labor Day weekend and needed a professional to fix the toilet. Luckily, Michael & Son could fit me in today. They sent me a text message once my appointment was confirmed notifying me of my technician. I appreciate the extra safety and care that they exhibit toward their customers. This helps to verify the identity of the technician who arrives.
Ryan called and said he could come earlier. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He was dressed in a uniform and used shoe covers to avoid tracking any dirt in the house. He was friendly and professional. He looked at my issue, walked me through the solution, and provided a quote. They charge for the work task, not by the hour so you know and understand what your final bill will be when the work is complete. After I agreed to proceed, he finished the repair pretty quickly. Ryan cleaned up all the water, materials, took the old parts, and even put the floor mat back in place that I moved prior to his arrival. The work also comes with a warranty.
I have used Michael & Son for electrical work, but now I can attest that they are just a great company all around. I would highly recommend them for any home need that you want done right the first time.
Both Logan and Michael were extremely helpful and professional. I had confidence in what they told me was broken in my heating system and what they recommended I do. I asked several questions which Logan answered clearly. I made a decision based on Logan’s and Michael’s suggestion. They returned the next day when they said they would and had my heating system up and working in 20 minutes. The total cost of the repair was less than they estimated which was a pleasant surprise. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend Michael & Son to everyone. I’d also like to compliment Cat who runs the office there for her professionalism. Everything she told me happened as she said it would, she is a valuable asset to the company.
Outstanding! Bryan was very professional and friendly. I also want to say the same for Tommy & Ron that came out first thinking this was an electrical issue. They found it was plumbing and called for, and received immediate service. Both were great to speak and interact with during the call. Great job!
