this ha s been a long time coming, but I felt like Mr Mr Fauser was quithigh in the charging of work done. i paid the bill and after he left i called him to inquire if he had perhaps made a mistake . he was quite rude and quite nasty, told me the bill was accurate and hung up. i find myself in mad of a plumber again..Mr Fauser would be my very last choice
Totally great experience through the phone call and job. It wasn’t something easy because they had to dig up the floor and we would be without water. They were very quick to come out, spent half a day and did not overcharge me. In fact, they were half what my other quotes were.
Chrissy (?) the scheduler was super nice and Mike and his team did a fantastic job and even cleaned up their mess. I would highly recommend them.
I have nothing but good things to say!! They show up on time and they do a great job! We won’t call anyone else!

Krissy is an unprofessional receptionist. I called to inquire about a client and instead of her explaining that they don’t work on my specific issues she hung up in my face and blocked my #. That is not how you conduct a business ! Do better
