These guys are fantastic. Had an emergency plumbing issue with a sewer line. They came out within an hour of my late night call, and another 30 minutes later everything was resolved. David is a fantastic plumber. He’s been out before for a couple other issues and has always been very professional, prompt, and open to share plumbing tips. Rick was a big help taking my call as well. Highly recommended!!
Called Staas Plumbing yesterday after my yard guy broke through my water line at the meter. Decided to tough it out through the night being assured that the tech would be here this morning between 8 and 8 8:30. He was on time and got the job done. Very professional and personable. Can’t remember the young man’s name but I’m sure you will know at your office. Please pass along our thanks. Nice having the water back on as soon as you did. Will definitely recommend you in the future.
Hands down a wonderful experience!! We have an older home with a sink that wouldn’t drain no matter what we tried. Don came out Monday to diagnose our issue and was able to identify our issue immediately. He explained the issue to us in detail so we fully understood. The repair was able to be completed a few days later on Thursday. He was knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up without a trace. Very thankful!
Zach by far is the best service professional I’ve dealt with in 20 years. I had a plumbing issue. Pier and beam house. Not only was he on time but he got under the crawlspace diagnose the problem quick and had a quick fix it fixed it properly And properly. The guy is just simply amazing customer service, personality, and knowledge. Explained everything and was gracious enough to share his knowledge. On other questions I had. Flat out superb service world class. This company should be thankful that he’s on board. I highly recommend you request him for any of your plumbing issues .
