Mr. Rooter is doing a major cast iron rehabilitation project for our condominium complex. They were the only company willing to entertain trench-less solutions, although we ended up having to go with a hybrid approach. I would normally wait until the completion of the project, but I have been so impressed with the communication, customer service, and professionalism from Brett and Aaron. They even came to our HOA meeting to explain the project to the members and answer questions!
We had a terrible problem with leaking water in our bathtub. Nick was the technician who arrived and he was wonderful. He did a great repair job, explained some problems to us, and was just so attendant to our problems. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.
