Excellent service! We were able to get an appointment right away. While the plumber was there, we asked him about a different problem. He was able to assess our system, identify the issue, and come back the same day to fix that as well! Our plumber (Dave) was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. We will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!
We had no pressure at our house for a week and Mr Rooter was the only company that could make it out to our house on Saturday. Ryan was fantastic, he explained what the reasons could be and suggested I try a couple of things first to save time and money. They came back out on the Tuesday and found and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Ryan was on time, very thorough and got us back up and running within a couple of hours. I can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and the whole team. I would highly recommend using Mr Rooter and will recommend to anyone in the area having water issues. Give these guys a call first!
A live person answers the phone. Scheduling is quick and easy. The technician is honest and kind. Jeremy has been awesome and helped me so much! I had a blockage and root intrusion and Jeremy made the necessary repairs in less than 2 hours and also made future preventative measures easier! My 100+ year old home (and myself) thank you!
