When the Matthew arrived, he was friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the issue efficiently. I was really impressed with how clean and organized everything was when he finished. The problem was resolved in no time, and I can’t thank Matthew and Mr. Rooter enough for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others!
The Mr. Rooter team was outstanding! The customer service representative Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. The plumber Matt did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a very timely manner. Geoff Darst was also very helpful in making it all happen. This is a top notch organization all around.
