We had our drain clog usually due to tree roots. They said sewer line had collapsed had to replace cost 6750.00.Did that work then said next section was collapsed cost 11000. So after paying them 17750.00 total they replaced that by digging up concrete driveway and piling concrete, dirt and sand in my front yard. They finished filling in driveway on Jan.10th said they would return following week to remove debris from front yard and fill in driveway as it settles. So numerous phone calls and 12 weeks later they have not completed what they claimed they would do. Don’t call this company!!!!

Update: Mr. Rooter did reach out after seeing my review. She apologized no one reached out after my appointment for a follow up. She asked how we rectify the situation and my negative review. I said I need a refund. Mr. Rooter did refund my payment due to not fixing the drain issue. Thank you for taking the time to rectify the situation and best of luck moving forward.

I usually don’t post this stuff, but consumers beware. I called Mr. Rooter of Peoria to have my drain cleared. Before you ask, YES, they service homes here. They were almost 2 hours late, but I do understand some times this happens. When the technician arrived he said you will need a new line, I call tell. He did not want to take off the cap in the garage as he said it was too corroded. He then went though an overflow in the basement. He said he thought it was done. He said we need to get a camera down there. So I paid a “discount” price for the camera.

Within the hour our drain was backing up again. So they sent a camera technician to be here between 5-7 pm. 7:25 he pulls up. He said this isn’t going to be good when he saw the trees. I had to pull off my toilet and he went through that. He proceeded to tell me I had to pay $5950 to repair the line and he marked it where his “sensor was pinging at the clog). He was trying to have me sign that night and he would have it flowing within 48 hours. My gut told me he was wrong and I needed a second opinion.

The next day I called a local plumbing company. They had someone at the house within 1/2 hour, said it was sludge buildup and my line was fine. He asked where they were going to dig to repair. I showed him the spray paint. He started laughing. He said there isn’t anything there. Your line goes straight out and then to the road, what was he thinking. After two hours, the drain was cleared.

Needless to say $150 wasted along with precious time. Lesson learned. Check. Stay local my friends.
