Mr. Rooter Plumbing is AWESOME!! I have used them several times before and have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. When I need plumbing help, I simply dial Mr. Rooter Plumbing and am greeted by a courteous and friendly staff member who carefully listens to my problem and then schedules an appointment. During my most recent service job, the plumbing pro, Chris, completed the work. Chris is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He is very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what is needed to fix the problem and completes the job exactly as explained. If you have a plumbing problem, I highly recommend giving Mr. Rooter Plumbing a call. You will be especially glad that you did.
Go to Eastern Plumbing, we were charged over $900 for a jet line cleaning vs eastern plumbing for way less. You would think $900 would mean a thorough job, but it was the complete opposite. The tech that serviced our house ran the jet line for less than 10 minutes on full blast and then left, yet our line remained clogged. Eastern plumbing technicians were professional and thorough, with SET REASONABLE PRICES, and our line is now CLEAR. Come to find out there was a BLOCKAGE that MR ROOTER DID NOT take the time to investigate, they instead created these OUTLANDISH quotes for UNNECESSARY major repairs. Sad to say we wasted our money with Mr rooter, whom instead of taking accountability for the rush job, blamed it on things that were never mentioned prior to the original quote, neither necessary, we’ll not be coming back.
I called on Christmas Day and evened up getting an appointment for the morning after as requested! Two amazing young gentleman showed up, gave me two estimates, and got to work! Unfortunately they couldn’t get done what they tried to do due to unforeseen issues (no fault of them at all it’s the tree roots)! They got me fixed up until I can get the full work completed and they gave me a fair price for replacing the full sewer line and another issue! They also let me know they offer possible financing! I will be returning for the full repair! I bought this house a month ago and was burnt by another company already, save yourself and go Roto!
UPDATE: I had them come back and replace the sewer line and reroute the line! They were quick to come back and get the job done fast! Very fair price with the financing option! These guys are some of the best and nicest guys in the business! Great job!
I can’t recommend Mr. Rooter enough. They were very prompt about scheduling my appointment and very communicative about when the tech would arrive. The tech that did my repair was very professional and did a great job.
If you need any kind of plumbing work done, definitely give them a call.
