I had a previous person clear the clog. If I had used Mr rooter for the job I would have saved 900 dollars. Then the same people said I had to replace my clean out and replace the pipe to the street. I didn’t believe them and called Mr Rooter who was there in less than an hour and I found out that they overcharged me for the clearing the pipe. Mr Rooter sent a camera down and Beau and Dave couldn’t find any problems.
Beau and Dave are so knowledgeable and said he couldn’t find any serious problems and told me I didn’t need to fix anything. They didn’t charge me for the camera and they were very informed. Clearly Beau had done this a lot. They are great technicians, straight forward, very reasonable prices and very quick. I will never use any other plumbers. For the entire project they quoted me half the price and it would save me 13,000$ if I had done it with the first service….but Beau didn’t think it was ready.
So Mr Rooter is reasonably priced, very informative, very polite and extremely honest. I highly recommend MR ROOTER for all your needs. Beau and Dave are the best. Hooray. Somebody that was honest in this day and age.
