Jimmy and Adam worked diligently on clearing my toilet pipe and had to pull up a huge root ball through the pipe into the house because we couldn’t find the outside outlet. The toilet was replaced and everything cleaned up. I would use them again (if needed) in a heart beat! Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much.
We had to test and bring our lateral sewer up to Ebmud code. Jimmy was fantastic!! Alfredo ,orlan , sunti were super considerate and got the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Overall we were really very impressed with how professionally and quickly this whole process was completed. Highly recommend these guys.
We’ve used Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs for the past couple of years. Our first call was an emergency dispatch (upstairs bathroom leaking thru the ceiling), and Mr. Rooter was the only company that could get out to us same-day. We’ve had good experiences with their technicians, most recently Adam Wright, who replaced the entire assembly under our bathroom sink because it was leaking and breaking. They’re diligent and competent. We regularly find non-standard components and bad installations in our house (and I’ve personally been on a day-long wild goose chase trying to find parts that fit before), but they always manage to make it work. Overall happy with their service so far, and I expect we’ll call again.
Called to set up service following a clogged toilet. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, they required us to obtain approval to de-clog from the owner of the apartment. The owner has always been unresponsive to us as tenants and did not respond to our requests.
The work was never scheduled because of these Mr. Rooter service requirements and we were forced to go to Home Depot and find alternative methods to fix the plumbing.
