Ed Kelly is very nice. At first glance you will think he doesn’t know what he’s doing but upon completion of the job you can tell that he knows the job to be done professionally. And besides his professionalism he is also a talented person. Highly recommendable.
Christmas Eve we noticed kitchen floor felt strange. Christmas Day we noticed water coming up between floor planks as we walked. Mt Juliet Plumbing & Leak Detection came out quickly the next morning & found our dishwasher was the source of water leak problem. During inspection, Ed found that sink stopper/drainwas not holding the water in our sink as well (we never noticed as we always use dishwasher except maybe for washing large pot or coffee pot occasionally). He replaced that drain & stopper. We went to wash dishes in the sink that evening since we can’t use our DW, & the other drain would not hold water in the sink probably from all the vibration of cutting off the first drain. He came back out today to change out the other drain & stopper & to make sure we had everything squared away with our insurance co. Ed sure did go above & beyond for us on this inspection, recommendation & repair. We could not be more pleased with this company & especially Ed. He is very knowledgeable and just an overall great person. Thank you so much.!!
