I had rodents in my attic and contacted Northwest for service. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE! Their agent missed appointments w/o notifying me and kept me waiting. Their crew did a poor job of sealing my house after charging me a hefty fee.
Their agent set four traps in the attic, which we later discovered had no bait. They took advantage of the fact that I am elderly and, therefore, unable to climb to the attic to check their work. I kept hearing noises above and so reported to Jamie (their agent). His response was that it probably was the A/C when it started, never taking the initiative to come in person to review my complaint.
I enlisted the help of neighbors to check my attic and discovered that traps weren’t baited as well as other deficiencies of their job for which I paid a lot.
The rodents remained there and I had to hire someone else to eliminate them at an additional expense to me.
I appreciate the personal, responsive & timely service. Plus, the pricing is better than other providers.
Northwest offers a complete solution. They have great, prompt service. I will never use anyone else. Jay is very knowledgeable, patient with our big overly friendly dog and very thorough.
We’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. Michael is our normal bug guy who comes out! He’s been great!
We’ve had some other services done by Northwest, including sealing up all areas where critters and animals could come in & termite prevention. So far, so good!
Really disappointed to leave this review. Although Northwest has apparently been servicing the home we bought in 2022 for a long time, we have been less that impressed, especially with what seems to be relatively constantly price increase with zero increase in service. In addition, when we found old, inactive termite damage, we were been told by multiple companies that Northwest should have at least cleared out those old inactive tunnels, which was not the case. When yet another price increase came our way several weeks ago, we decided to switch and provided notice. Although we paid for the entire month, when we asked for service after providing notice that we would be switching, we called for help and the customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude and refused to help us even though our current contract was still in effect and they were surely not going to prorate our bill. So, we called it a loss and switched. We have already received more thorough service than we did from Northwest. It is a shame because we want to be loyal customers and don’t feel that our expectations were unreasonable – we are not the folks calling all of the time or expecting something for nothing. Before picking this company, which we understand was recently bought out, hence the rate hikes, I would shop around. We’ve found better pricing and services through another provider.
