Finding a reliable plumber in the Dayton area can be challenging. Still, Oakwood Plumbing Company is hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with. Over the past few months, they’ve tackled multiple projects in my century-old home, from installing a second-floor washer and dryer to fixing a broken toilet, conducting a backflow inspection, and snaking every pipe in the house. Beyond that, they even took on some remodeling and repair work, and the results have been nothing short of fantastic.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elliot and Matt, and both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just downright fun to work with—something you don’t always expect from a plumbing crew! I knew I was in good hands from the first call with Sandra, the office manager. She was incredibly helpful, scheduled everything seamlessly, and ensured clear communication. Gordon Mains, the owner, clearly runs his business with integrity, and you can tell customer service is a top priority.

Oakwood Plumbing does beautiful work. I have used them twice and they are able to do advanced plumbing work that others were not able to do. Their communication skills and customer service exceeded my expectations. They are the only plumbing company that I will be using from now on.

Oakwood Plumbing just installed a new water softerner for us. They did a great job! Very meticulous, great attention to detail, even replaced some of our old galvanized with copper – very clean work, and not only does it look great, it’s working great also! Later that evening, several hours after they left, there was a small leak in one of the fittings that was just trickling. It was a Friday night, we called the after hours number, and Matt came right out and fixed it very quickly, just by tightening it a bit! Very responsive, we are grateful and thankful and also impressed with the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service!
