I got to meet Otis, when my hot water tank decided to no longer heat water! I can not begin to say enough about him. He was very fast to respond to my message, was at my house first thing in the morning, and did everything he could to get it working. We did have to replace it but he was very fair with his pricing, cleaned up everything and had the new tank in in no time. I highly recommend calling him if you need plumbing work. He was also very polite and took the time to explain the problem and gave me the opportunity to decide what to do, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. A big thank you to Otis!!

ODT plumbing is the best and the MOST reasonably priced service in the Mahoning Valley try-county area. Otis isn’t just diligent with his work but also provides great customer service. I have never had to call him twice to do the same job and I would recommend him to everyone looking for major or minor plumbing work done.
I called another Girard company and after 4 days no return call from the other guy. Emailed ODT Tuesday evening with request and he answered that night. Set appointment for thursday, today. Otis, the owner, Arrived as expected and finished my new gas line for range by noon and at a very fair price for work performed. I will call next time I need help for sure.
Years later I called Otis again,
Started a bath redo and found all the Shut off valves were bad and would not shut off completely, called ODT to replace them. and set a appointment. In the days in between I statred doing the kitchen as well and the 50 yr old sink faucet valves were broken etc. Otis came on schedule and fixed each valve in a short time. fast fair and honest. What more can a customer ask for. great guy!
Really fantastic! Affordable and quick; they fixed my leaking sink and redid the drain for it, and they reseated the toilet, and all of it cost considerably less than A to Z would have. Highly recommended; thank you for the quality work, Otis!
