We have used them twice now. The first time was to replace a sink that we wanted to update. Tom arrived and was very professional. He instantly put on boot covers while entering our home. Tom replaced our old sink and was very neat and tidy. During small talk, I mentioned that we had an outside faucet that would spray water from behind the handle and shake the pipes while turning on. Tom said not a problem and had it fixed in minutes!
The second time was to fix our hot water problem. We could never have enough hot water when multiple people were getting ready. Tom suggested that we replace our hot water heater which was quite old. (It was corroded on the top and could have caused us a huge mess by flooding our basement.) Tom said he recommend installing 2 hot water heaters, which we did. We have never ran out of hot water since! Thank you Owens Family Plumbing!

Quick and effective! A genuine round-the-clock service. Our basement experienced a water pipe rupture at 3 am.
