From the first call to schedule an inspection to Brad showing up to take a look at my ant problem Palouse Empire Pest control is a 5 start service. Friendly , prompt and knowledgeable.
Our carpenter ants are completely gone! We hired another company and they came more than once. Instead of decreasing, the ants increased. That company could not fix our problem. They just made it worse and they were extremely difficult to deal with. We fired them and hired Palouse Empire Pest Control. Wow! What a difference. Brad came and answered all our questions. He actually explained what was going on and how he would get rid of the ants. After one treatment, the ants were GONE IN 3 DAYS! Completely gone. None inside. None outside. Palouse Empire Pest Control is the best!
I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop.
I filled a couple of small gaps near the eaves, and the problem disappeared. Thanks Brad, you nailed it!!!

I had called Palouse Pest Control very worried about a possible bed bug situation at my apartment. I was calling late on a Friday and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out until Monday… Palouse Pest Control is so amazing that they sent out James (who was professional and really put my partner and I both at ease) to do a quick inspection free of charge. I’m thankful for James and the team!
Fast and complete service. The owner Mr. Bowman, is open, honest and humble. We have had issues for years and the last few years we have asked for their assistance. They have always shown up and have gone above and beyond. They have come back if we have a reoccurrence and took care of it. He is also a volunteer firefighter, always giving back to the community!!!
