I am very pleased with the services I have received from Pf plumbing. This is the second time I have used their team and the experience was as amazing as the first. They were very quick to add me on the schedule and I received calls the morning of the service updating me about the technicians ETA throughout the day. They showed up within the estimated window and kept me informed the entire time they were here. Brandon and his assistant were great and very tidy! Very pleased overall!
We were first-time customers who’d been thinking of trying PF Plumbing. They responded quickly to our emergency weekend call when an outdoor water spigot pipe broke, forcing us to turn off all water to the house.
Charles arrived within an hour and installed a new spigot outside, a new copper pipe from the inside, and a cutoff valve (photo).
You see real quality work here, with excellent materials. We got complete explanations and transparent flat rate pricing.
Charles also replaced a toilet flapper. That was on the expensive side, but on the other hand, he had one in his truck, saving me the hassle of hunting one down locally and hoping I had all the tools to do the job myself.
We’d love to stay with these good folks for a long time. Highly recommended.
I called PF for the job I am at and they were really great. Fixed our problem and out of about 3 other plumbers I have tried before PF I will now only be calling PF for any plumbing problems we have. The techs were professional, nice, and explained everything that was going on and needed to be done. PF also had great timing on coming out from the time I called them. Really great company.
