The day before, another company came out and it was more of a sales call. They allegedly attempted to sell us a service aircraft that would save us money. They offered a “Standard Rate” and a “Value Rate” for customers who purchased a service plan. It was extremely costly, and I felt that we were being taken advantage of regarding the price. I refused their service and paid their service charge. After the previous plumbers had departed, I called Sacramento Plumbing. The telephone receptionist at Sacramento Plumbing was extremely cordial and scheduled us for the following day. They were courteous and competent. They did not attempt to sell us anything, informed us of the cost, and completed the work in a timely manner. Roscoe informed us that the price quoted by the other company for the work we required should never have been quoted. The manner in which Sacramento Plumbing handled our basic faucet leak was definitely fair, and we will use them again if necessary. Thank you, Sacramento Plumbing, for being trustworthy and not trying to scam us like the other company.
