Plumr & Justin have been an honest breath of fresh air. We also had Trevor install a water heater which looks brilliant! We had one explode in our basement- Justin showed up almost immediately and even got us in touch with an excellent restoration company which also came immediately. Plumr was fast, efficient and very pleasant. The sump pump burnt out in our basement and they gave a very reasonable quote and provided prompt next day service. I love that they provide text alerts to let you know in real time when they are arriving. They even provide a picture and the name of the plumber who they are sending.
