I called Pointe Pest on a Thursday and they were able to come out and do our first service the next day! Very responsive and professional. The technician, Levi, was friendly and knowledgeable. He had great customer service and was happy to share all the details of what would happen and what preventative actions I could take as well. He seems to really care about his job & customers.
Levi is great at his job. He works super quickly and carefully with a cheerful attitude . Any questions I’ve had are answered thoroughly and he always talks to ne as though i am smart enough to understand and NEVER talks down to us.. and boy does he know his job! Thanks Levi.
Jacob was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile to treat my home and yard and discuss options to keep spiders away. He pointed out an area where ants were and took care of that too. You did a great job, thank you!

This is a great company. We had a wasp problem last summer and have been using them sense. Their prices are fair. The wasps were done for by the end of the day. Very effective. Works well against the stink bugs too. All the technicians have been polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
