Steven has served us on a number of occasions now. I have rarely met a more polite and pleasant individual performing a paid service for me. He is both cheerful and competent. It is to a large because of Steven that I readily refer friends and acquaintances to Pointe Pest for pest services. Steven is a great asset to Pointe Pest and should be rewarded for always going the extra mile to care for his customers.
Robert at Pointe Pest control has been consistently coming to our house over the last year. He is always knowledgeable, on time and kind. We appreciate the service he provides to ensure we stay pest free all year long!
Brandon was one of the best techs that we have had to treat our house. I witnessed Brandon take his time and thoroughly did his job with knocking down webs etc. Then he treated all areas of the property. He was not preoccupied talking on his phone as we have had other techs do. I feel that he did a great Job. We were a little concerned after Jonathan let me know the last time he was here that he was moving to a different area, so witnessing how great of a job Brandon did relieve some doubt.
Levi is always so pleasant to deal with and goes the extra distance to try and take care of things when he’s there. Great service. I highly recommend this company and their service representatives.
