Very knowledgeable and observant techs. My tech was punctual, provided me notice he was on his way. Took the time to explain the best way to use the sticky traps & what to be aware of in case of bees creating nest. He even noticed a few wasp attempting to start a nest near my garage. Overall a great experience.
My experience with Pointe has been great so far! The process to call and schedule was uncomplicated and friendly. Melissa the tech that came out was communicative and kind. She answered all of my over protective pet mom questions, was kind to my dogs and mindful of our home and gate while working. I’m very impressed!
