Although the technician was efficient and knowledgeable on the repairs, the cost for two hours labor and a wax seal doesn’t justify $400 plus fee. I won’t be calling you again nor will I recommend you to others.
Absolutely AWESOME service. The front office was professional, courtesious, and prompt. Next day service and the Tech was knowable and personable-easy to talk too. Repaired leak in a jiffy. Next day city approved it and next day ATMOS restored gas service with a smile. They sent a great crew out to help get everything back to normal. Great work by all. Oh lastly, Prince dealt with permit; so i didnt have to. LOOK, if you need any plumbing work-Call Prince!!!

The problem I had was when the bathtub faucets were turned on water would run into the bedroom on the other side of the wall. Your man found a leak and a blockage in the drain pipe. He quickly fixed it and I have had no problems since. Good job!
