I want to take a moment to thank both Jeffrey and Steven P. from Pro Active Pest Control for their outstanding service. Jeffrey responded quickly to my online inquiry, which I truly appreciated, and was able to schedule Steven to come out the same day—such a fast and helpful response!
This was my first time scheduling pest control, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Steven was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable and informed.
What truly stood out was Steven’s attention to detail and his focus on customer satisfaction. He was especially mindful of our family’s safety, taking extra precautions to ensure our kids, dogs, and bird were safe throughout the treatment. Additionally, since this was our first treatment, they scheduled a follow-up visit the following week to make sure the pests were fully addressed and that we no longer see any activity—talk about going the extra mile!

She removed webs around the house and treated all the areas.
However with proactive not all service representatives work the same.
I’ve had times where some reps do not do as good a job.
In general they are good.
