Jacob Armstrong was the professional sent to diagnose what I thought was one leak and give me an estimate for the repair. He quickly found that leak and other plumbing problems that required extensive work to be done. The way he presented the problems and solutions with compassion and sincerity made me feel I had made the right choice in companies. He and his helpers got the job done in spite of all of my old home hazards and with most of the work done in freezing weather. The guys arrived on time, ready to work. I was very pleased at the length of downtime I had for such major repairs. I want to thank Jacob. He took the time to explain everything and offered suggestions and alternatives to help me. All of the employees I dealt with (plumbers as well as office staff) were always kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend Public Service Plumbers & AC and especially recommend Jacob.
Had Public Service Plumbers come out yesterday due to issues in two bathrooms. We have used them before and are always pleased with the results. They are thorough and know what they are doing. Thanks to Troy Curtis for doing an excellent job!
Kyle is awesome! He explained every step of the process and what was causing my drainage issues. The pricing was clearly explained before he did any work. He even explained all of the other services they offer and now I’m a customer for life!
We had the typical shower drain backing up issue that every home owner likely runs into. We have used Public Service in the past and decide to call them again. Kyle did an a great job quickly assessing and fixing the issue (a clog). I work from home and was anxious they would be here for hours but it took them just under an hour in and out the door. Thank you for the efficiency and transparency, we will continue to use and recommend PSP!
