My experience with the plumbers that came to my house was exceptional. They were clean, neat pleasant, and extremely helpful. They did the job immediately. I can’t say enough about the service cleanliness and overall experience. The best I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs also, the customer service on the telephone was exceptional
These guys are amazing. I found R-Chee through a mutual friend and called them with a water pressure and drainage issue in my master bath which was stumping me and my existing team. R-Chee came within a couple of days and in just a couple of hours had my water flowing better than it did before the renovation. And they located the clog in a pipe we missed and released that as well. Very professional and very good at what they do. Incredible responsiveness and I have them coming back for an install now in a second bathroom. Highly recommend with the highest possible marks.
We called R-Chee to replace an under sink disposal. They said they would be there on Monday at 11 and they were. The guys were professional and efficient. But when I got the bill I was surprised. $300 for 20 to 30 minutes of work. And I provided the disposal. I was told this was standard but at no time was I aware that to walk in the door it would be $300 for a job that should have been tops $200 until I got the bill. There is a reason why they have a fleet of late model Mercedes trucks. From now on, I shop.
