Javier is amazing! He is the most knowledgeable, reliable and professional. I highly recommend Javier and his team. Fast responsive time in a very time sensitive matter! I called ABC plumbing on a Saturday for an emergency, they never came Saturday, Sunday and by Monday afternoon I cancelled and called Rescue. I am very glad I did, because the experience was top notch. For my future plumbing needs I will not be going anywhere but Rescue, specifically with Javier. Thank you so much for fixing my pipes!! Javier & Johnatan did an amazing job replacing my old shower head and installing a new tub diverter. They were friendly and efficient, very well versed in their field. Highly recommend and will use them again.
Javier and Jimmy just left my home at 10 pm after arriving at 3:15. My old water heater was leaking and I needed a new one. They were thorough, efficient and very communicative. They let me know what they were doing and spent time educating me about the intricacies and care for water heaters. As the hours passed not once did they become annoyed or hurried. They were not going to leave until everything was properly working, I was comfortable and the area was cleaned. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!
