John was an excellent technician. He was professional, polite, and communicated very well the issues we were having. We had an issue with a blockage in the main sewer drain. He was able to clean out the drain and remove the blockage, which was a rag that accidentally flushed by a family member. The rag was about 45 feet into the yard and he was able to pull the rag all the way back into the basement for removal. He also showed us some scale build up inside the pipe and showed us what issues we may encounter in the future.
Couldn’t recommend John enough! We will definitely be using Restore for all our future issues.
I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with this company. When I called for a quote they were able to come out immediately. I met with Dave who provided me with the quote. He was exceptional and very helpful at explaining what needed to be done. He also took the time to listen to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable about the project. After I accepted the quote, Devin came out to do the plumbing on my house. The plumbing looks perfect and is practically a work of art. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks in the future.

Restore Plumbing and Drain is truly one above the rest. From reaching out to Erika and getting scheduled to one of their skilled employees coming out and taking care of the job, you’re having a completely stress free experience. A certain other company people hire likes to pride themselves on their “Consider it done” slogan, but Restore actually LIVES by it- without advertisement! Their work speaks VOLUMES. I have used them for many of my home projects and will continue to use them in the future. The last time I had them out, they even worked with and around the Window company I had there at the same time. I also want to mention that they are super clean and they take care in making sure your home looks like they weren’t even there!
