Work was done quickly and efficiently once the crew finally arrived 90 minutes after the scheduled and confirmed appointment time. We were not given a “service window” but were told that it was a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am. This was incredibly disappointing as we had very little explanation for the delay. As well as this being an inconvenience for us who had scheduled our days around this specific appointment time—which again, we confirmed more than once—it was also a huge inconvenience for our neighbors, as any plumbing work results in water shutoff for half our condo complex. They were respectful of our home but not our time.
Had a backup occur mid-afternoon Sun so I called their 24hr line and they were able to send out a tech the very next day! Thank you so much to Joey and Jarod!! We were very happy with the work and price- sewer is back to normal. 😉

I couldn’t have better service with Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing Inc.! I received a text/call letting me know that they were on their way to my house. The tech, Mickey Barnard, explained all that will go on in clearing my sewer pipe. Mickey and his assistant did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing.
Your customer service is exceptional. Your paperless billing and your quoting process is second to none. I had an estimate within a few hours with a full description of what will be done along with a very reasonable price. Your service men are very knowledgeable and professional. The price of the service call to unthaw my pipes and to assess the project was much lower than I thought it would be and the office personnel were very understanding of my financial situation and made arrangements for me to pay off my bill. Every step of the way I was taken care of in-spite of my anxiety. I would highly recommend this company.
