Excellent experience and service by the your technician. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and provided me a complete and detailed explanation of what he found and what it would take to properly repair and solve the problem. He provided a temporary fix until he could return the next morning. He provided me the cost of the repairs. He gave me an estimated time that he would return and actually arrived early. Once he completed the repairs he contacted me to inspect his work and he explained what he had done. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed and will highly recommend him and your company and service to anyone. My sincere thanks for excellent service that your technicians provided.
Neil came by on an emergency job – pipe broke in a bathroom. He was very efficient and super courteous. Got us fixed in short time which was important because of guests from out of town staying here. He also did a great job cleaning up when he was done. This company was fantastic. Highly recommend them.
