I want to acknowledge that I have used this company multiple times and submitted 5 star reviews. They have provided excellent service and fair pricing, until this incident. Their service tech, Antonio provided excellent service with the work he performed. I had a leak in the back yard, was fairly charged a $299 service charge, the problem came after Antonio discovered that the problem was that the previous installer (years ago) had failed to glue the fitting onto the pipe. I told him to fix the fitting and professionally he asked me to sign an estimate. Rooter Hero wanted to charge over $500 to glue this one fitting; I assumed my initial $299 would cover filling the hole. Antonio communicated that job would be done in about 5 minutes. I refused the estimate and told him just to leave things as they were. Over $500 to glue one fitting, unbelievable! Antonio even showed me the pricing on his computer so I didn’t think it was him, it wasn’t It has shaken my confidence in this company. Up till now their pricing was always reasonable.

Eric Ponce was absolutely incredible! I initially thought we needed to snake the entire kitchen drain line, but Eric took the time to assess the situation and assured me that it wasn’t necessary. He explained, “Our company doesn’t push unnecessary services—we only do what’s needed.” That level of honesty is rare and was such a refreshing surprise.
He quickly identified the problem, cleaned out the dishwasher line, and had everything working perfectly in under 30 minutes. Not only was the service efficient, but the pricing was also very reasonable—excellent value for the work done.
