False advertising!They did not want to honor the $49 kitchen sink unclogged special. They told me they wouldn’t have an appointment for three weeks till March 19. Today is February 28. I First called yesterday and they told me I would get a call back shortly. I never heard from them. I called numerous more times and the excuses got more ridiculous once I told them I would like the $49 special. What kind of plumbing company doesn’t have an appointment for three weeks for a simple Unclogging of the kitchen drain.
Rodrigo did a fantastic job and resolve my plumbing problems in no time. He was very organized and knowledgeable on the task. He carefully explained what was the problem and demonstrated what he is going to do. He left the place clean, nice and neat. Highly recommended.
Unlike Roto-Rooter who tried a bait and switch on me today, Rooter Man told me prices up-front, showed up in about an hour and got the job (a little more complicated than expected) in 30 minutes. My tech was smart, capable and very respectful.
