We called Scenic City plumbing to come out to a rental property in St Elmo. It was a 20 min drive according to the person that called to let me know they were coming. My husband met the technician promptly. He said that because it was commercial plumbing (it is a town home) He could not perform the work. He charged a half hour for labor! He did not do any work! So we paid 30 minutes for labor and a service call. A service call would have been completely fair at $35. Not a service call and a labor charge for no labor. I would not recommend this company. Sadly a friend referred them to me. So now we have to pay another plumber and pay them. The tech did not even turn the water off for us. Not Happy……….
We have used Scenic City Plumbing multiple times and are always been pleased with their service. They called to let us know when the technicians would arrive, they arrived on time, listened to the projects that we wanted completed, and finished in a timely manner. James and Justing were polite and professional even when one of the old faucets we were replacing proved challenging to remove. They ensured that everything was completed properly, tested to make sure there were no leaks, then had us test everything as well. They made sure that we were happy with their work before leaving. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
