This is Dongli from Merrimack valley. My water heater was broke recently and the leaking was bad. I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s to look for new heater and the installation. Unfortunately those Same-Day or Next-Day Installation charge a lot. Almost three times or even four times more than the water heater itself. I called Shawn’s Plumbing and Heating to ask help. Shawn is very nice and very experienced. He found me a electric water heater (commercial grade) during the weekend and he installed it for me on monday. The whole installation and disposal was smooth and quick. Only couple of hours everything is done. I have hot water for me and my family. A big help and a good job. Thank you Shawn.
Shawn installed my hot water heater 10 years ago – it has been running perfectly without any issues. Last night we had some issues with the oil boiler. I contacted Shawn in the morning at 7:30 and he responded instantly. He came in at noon, and by 12:45pm, he has fixed the issue. He is very professional and intelligent- highly skilled at what he does. I would highly recommend him.

Shawn came in on Sunday morning to replace our gas water heater. Two hours later we had hot water. His pricing is competitive and he is knowledgeable.
We used Shawn’s plumbing to come and descale our on-demand hot water appliance. Our complaint was slow hot water supply from this unit.
Shawn arrived on time and performed this procedure task quickly and efficiently. He also tested the gas pressure from the propane tank as a potential source of slow water heating.
Shawn is very knowledgeable in plumbing and heating and was happy to discuss and investigate other possible issues in our home.
We also had issues with the gas stove and hot water in the shower for which Shawn was happy to inspect and provide solutions.
