A friend recommended Soares plumbing and hvac to help us remodel our bathroom and kitchen . We were very happy with their quality of work, their craftsmanship is second to none , showed up when they said they would , explained everything to us and what was involved in the job and they are very honest and reasonable . I would highly recommend soares plumbing for your next renovation or repair work .
We called Soares after discovering a water leak behind the walls from our upstairs shower/tub combo. They were able to diagnose the point of origin and explained the issue clearly and what needed to be done to repair it. They were able to gain access after opening a wall and installing an access panel (where there should have been one already) that looks very clean and professional. After making the repairs, they would not close the order until we were 100% sure the problem was resolved and I appreciated that.
I would absolutely recommend Soares for their professionalism, timely response, and clear communication. Prices are fair and were explained to us openly before we approved the service. And they provide a guarantee for their work. Definitely deserving of five stars. Thank you John!
