We had a mice problem at our work office. David Ord came out to assess the problem. He was very friendly and thorough! He did a walkthrough to check everything out. Then he set up some traps around the office. Over the night, the traps caught a mouse. We emailed David the following morning that the traps caught one and he came out promptly to remove it for us. Everything was done in a super timely manner and he was very friendly as well. Great customer service skills.
I always have excellent experience with Tyler for pest control services. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Tyler took the time to explain the process and ensure that every corner of the facility was thoroughly checked and treated. The results have been fantastic! He was also very courteous and respectful and we always have cool little chit chats. I highly recommend Tyler to anyone in need of reliable pest control services.
