Not that you want to start your Sunday this way… with a plumbing issue. But if and when you do, call SWAGS. They answered at 8am on a Sunday. We’re here in their appointment window. Fixed the issue. Camera inspected. Helped me understand that my long standing issue is with the City, and that because I have done the right work, permitted, over the years, now the City should fix it. I recently had Dan from Swags Plumbing come out to address a clogged sink, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the start, he provided clear and thorough explanations about the process. He took the time to go under the house to inspect the pipes, ensuring that he wouldn’t cause any damage, especially considering their age.
After checking the pipes, Dan educated me on his findings, which I really appreciated. He then used a specialized machine to clear the blockage and went above and beyond to ensure the pipes were as clear as possible with the equipment at his disposal.
Before leaving, Dan shared some valuable tips to help prevent future plumbing issues, along with advice on what I might need to consider down the line. We had a water leak in our kitchen. Called SWAGS at night and Daniel came out first thing the next morning. He was thorough and very transparent. Easy to work with and did an awesome job. Would use the SWAG team on all future jobs.
We called for a clogged toilet, which ended up not being an easy fix due to some unforeseen issues with the plumbing. Daniel, assessed the situation, tried to fix the issue but unfortunately it will need more work than we expected. We received a quote for services needed and will let them know once we are ready to move forward. So far the customer service was wonderful and will update once the work has been done.
